Introduction

OKLIMA, an EDF subsidiary specializing in carbon offsetting, supports companies in their efforts to reduce and sequester COâ‚‚ emissions through certified projects. With a growing business and a sharp customer segmentation, OKLIMA needed to optimize its business processes and improve the visualization of its data in order to effectively manage its business.

Challenges

  • Lack of visibility into sales performance : Lack of clear dashboards and automated exports, forcing the team to reproduce reports manually in Excel.
  • Manual lead enrichment : A fine segmentation requiring a lot of time and risking to slow down the qualification process.
  • Complex pipeline management : Need to structure two distinct pipelines to better monitor transactions and prioritize opportunities.
  • Lack of Training : The team needed support to maximize the use of HubSpot tools (Sales Hub and Marketing Pro).
